Our ladies classes focus on technical clarity, controlled drilling, and optional live training when you are ready. You will cover the same throws, pins, and escapes as the full adult curriculum — with coaching tuned to your goals.

Many members start for fitness or self-defense and stay for the community. If you are unsure where to begin, call us and we will recommend the best class block for your experience level.
