For ages 13 and older — a complete standing and ground curriculum.

Adult classes blend classical Kodokan judo with grappling depth drawn from jujitsu and Kosen-style training. You will drill takedowns, transitions, and groundwork with partners matched to your size and experience.
Whether you want competition, fitness, or self-defense confidence, coaches scale intensity so you improve without getting lost in the room. Kosen judo and jujitsu is a strong fit if you enjoy guard work and rolling but want throws and standing attacks in the same class.
Ages 5–12 — structure, belt progression, and a welcoming mat culture.
Students learn safe falling, rolling, throws, hold-downs, and introductory groundwork. Belt progression from white through blue gives kids clear goals and a sense of achievement.
Competition is optional: many families train for discipline and fitness, while others travel to local, state, and national tournaments when ready. We emphasize teamwork and humility — the best kids on our mat help the newest students feel welcome.

Extra support for judoka who want to test themselves in tournaments.

Our competition program is for members who want to sharpen their game for the podium — from first local events to national-level goals. Coaches draw on decades of competitive and coaching experience to refine entries, gripping, transitions, and match strategy.
Team training is built around clear fundamentals and smart peaking: you do not need to be an athlete on day one, but you should be ready to commit to extra drilling, open mat, and feedback between events. Talk with coaching staff about whether the competition track fits your age, rank, and schedule.
Club members have earned hundreds of national podium medals — we are happy to help you earn your first or your next.
