4th degree black belt in judo — Polish Junior National Team alum and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt with a balance of strong standing skills and smart transitions.

Biography
Technical judo, modern transitions, and supportive coaching.
Sensei Kasia Jablonski developed her judo foundation in Poland, where disciplined fundamentals and high training standards are the norm. As a former Polish Junior National Team member, she brings a detail-oriented approach to drilling—prioritizing posture, grips, and timing over brute force.
Her experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu complements her judo, helping students connect stand-up entries to strong control on the ground. In class, she emphasizes safe falling, efficient movement, and the kind of clean technique that works for smaller athletes as well as larger ones.
Students appreciate her ability to explain “why” a technique works—how to build kuzushi, where pressure should go, and what common mistakes to avoid. She is especially passionate about helping beginners feel confident quickly while still setting a high technical bar.
At Kodokan Cape Coral, Sensei Kasia coaches with a calm, encouraging style—helping each student build strong fundamentals, smarter transitions, and consistent progress.
